4. Restaurant Information
- Menu items, prices, and nutritional information are provided by restaurant owners and may not always be accurate or up to date.
- CalorieRecipe does not guarantee the accuracy of calorie counts, allergen information, or pricing displayed on the platform.
- Always confirm nutritional information and allergens directly with the restaurant, especially if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.
5. Restaurant Owners
- Restaurant owners are responsible for the accuracy of their menu data, including prices, descriptions, and nutritional information.
- By listing on CalorieRecipe, restaurant owners grant us permission to display their information publicly.
- Restaurant owners must not upload misleading, false, or harmful content.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
- Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without permission
7. Intellectual Property
The CalorieRecipe name, logo, design, and software are our intellectual property. Restaurant logos, images, and menu content belong to their respective owners. You may not use our branding without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
CalorieRecipe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- We are not liable for any health issues arising from reliance on nutritional information displayed on our platform.
- We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food served by restaurants listed on our platform.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
